Through every function, and guest photos, messages and RSVPs are kept for 12 months afterwards so you can download them.

We take on a limited number of weddings each month, so dates are held in the order couples confirm. The 2026–27 wedding season fills fastest from November to February.

About three weeks from the day we have your details. Most couples send the link to guests six to eight weeks before the first function. If your dates are closer, ask us — faster builds are possible when our calendar allows.

Your guest list (an Excel or Google Sheet is perfect, with who is invited to which function), the functions with times and venues, your colours and a few photos. We do the rest.

Half reserves your date; the balance is due when you approve the app, before it goes to your guests. We invoice in Indian rupees with GST, by bank transfer or UPI. One fee covers the whole wedding — no per-guest charges.

Of course — many weddings are booked by parents or by the planner. We invoice whoever is paying, and the couple, both sets of parents and the planner each get their own login to the dashboard.

Yes, as often as you like. Times, venues, guest lists and updates are yours to change from the dashboard in seconds.
